1.將太極「動」與「循環」的哲理，透過數學「莫比爾斯帶 Mobius Strip」原理，融入上下轉盤的設計，將四個面串在一條線上變成一個立體面，創造了循環不息的遊戲天地。
2.將球放置在軌道上並輕輕地轉動轉盤，使球在軌道上滾動。
3.藉由手部的肌肉力量來控制球滾動的方向。
4.這是小孩、大人、老年人皆適合的手部及肩關節運動，促進靈活的反應力。

功能
1.整合手、眼與身體動作，增進全身動作協調性發展。
2.提升手眼協調能力及反應力。
3.適合兒童運動、成人健身、銀髮族活化的輔具，全家人可以一起玩。
 
使用方法：
1.雙手握住轉盤兩端，在沒有球的狀態下先練習球盤的翻轉動作。
2.將高爾夫狀的小球放置在軌道上並輕輕地轉動轉盤，使球在軌道上滾動，藉由手部的肌肉力量來控制球滾動的方向，讓球能保持在同一個軌道無限運轉，使球不掉落。
3.待熟練後，可換另一個速度較快的球。
