Activity 1
Ask the user to define different levels of resistance of Squeezer.
Strengthen the hand muscle with using scissor and clip.
Activity 2
Turn Squeezer slowly with the thumb and forefinger to improve finger coordination.
Strengthen the finger fine movement with holding and grabbing Squeezer.
Activity 3Hold Squeezer as in the picture. Press it hard with both hands and hold on for a few seconds, then release. This exercise is
designed to improve the circulation of wrists and hands and strengthen the fingers.
Activity 4Hold Squeezer as shown in the picture. Press it and release it several times. This exercise will massage the palm muscles.
