Activities..........................................................................................................
 
Activity 1
Use your hands to twist Twister and hold it for 5-10 seconds. Then, release it slowly.  Repeat this move 5-6 times. In this way, you will increase the strength of wrists.

Activity 2
Hold Twister with both hands. Weplay Twister can help with muscle pain prevention and reduce the chance of symptoms such as carpal tunnel syndrome.


Activity 3
Hold Twister with one hand.  Use it as a massage tool against your arms, shoulders, and legs. This can help you to improve your blood circulation and relieve muscle tension.


Activity 4
Put both hands into Twister, and then move your hand along Twister. This will massage your wrist and improve its blood circulation.
 
Activity 5
Hold Twister with both hands as though you were holding a steering wheel, and turn it counterclockwise and then clockwise. This will train the muscles of your arms, and improve the tactile perception of your fingers.
